We were delighted to create a post conference dinner with theming and entertainment. The goal was to be relaxing and have fun after a hard day at conference held at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow
Circus theme was chosen from our large catalogue of themes, so we set to work to make it come alive.
The main feature was our full-size elephant with cart which we positioned in the centre of the room. From there we added other circus props including the infamous Zidler statue, giant clowns, illuminated Ring Master sign positioned over the DJ, fairground horses, LED poseur tables and circus ring blocks around the dance floor.
The tables were completed with clusters of balloons as centrepieces and chairs finished with red and white chair bands.
We then incorporated fairground stalls, caricaturist, a juggler and balloon artists to add the fun entertainment which made the evening such a resounding success.
‘The County Suite looked fantastic with the theming, it was actually better than I ever imagined. I was actually blown away when I walked in the room. The fair ground stalls and the caricaturist also went down really well.
So overall it was a really big success!
